The New Bitless Bridle - The MEA Versatile
October - 2009
The MEA Versatile
Bitless Bridle/Halter Combination
I have been using Bitless Bridles for years and really like the way my horses react to them. Although, the one thing about them that concerned me is that once the reaction you have asked for is obtained, the pressure is not always released quickly. That negates the lesson you are trying to teach using pressure and quick release.
This bridle releases instantly and lets your horse know that he has done what you asked for, praising him immediately. Once pressure is released, he understands that what he did, was correct.
The MEA Versatile can be used as a halter on trails rides also. Just loosen the curb strap and use one of the rings to attach the lead to. It can be used as a training aid for groundwork and lungeing as well.
It is made of a soft, supple, high quality leather made to last a long time.
If you want to soften and balance your horse, this is the bridle for you to try.
