Storybrooke Farms specializes in Hunters and Jumpers. Our objective is to provide children and amateur owners with competitive partners who are confident, safe, and athletic. Safety and horsemanship are top priorities. Storybrooke students are required not only to work toward mastering skills while mounted, but also to learn proper care and handling, as well as a basic understanding of equine psychology. Storybrooke competes at all levels of shows from schooling to the ‘A’ Circuit. We are based out of a beautiful facility in Creedmoor, NC, but traveling trainer services are offered on a limited basis. (8-19/10-19)

Laura Rose Heymann teaches and trains utilizing the techniques of Natural Horsemanship and Classical Dressage. Offering lessons to both children and adults, Laura has a unique approach which concentrates on the partnership between horse and rider. Her practice allows the horse to become a more willing participant to help achieve the rider's goals. Laura's training experience ranges from starting young horses under saddle to working with older, or previously started horses to develop a different consciousness about working with people.
